Your questions.

01

How fast is the shipping?

Most jobs ship within 5 working days of quote approval. Rush turnaround available on request, with 48-hour dispatch.

02

Is there a minimum quantity?

From a single prototype to production runs of 5,000+ parts. No minimum order. Scheduled production slots for ongoing volume.

03

Can I edit my order after purchase?

Yes. Design changes are free before we start printing, and we'll always flag if a change affects your delivery date.

04

Which materials are available?

We run a Bambu Lab FDM fleet with PLA, PVB, PETG, ASA, PA-CF (carbon fibre nylon), and TPU. We'll recommend the right material for your part's use case, durability needs, and finish. Need SLS or resin? We can do that too.

05

Are long-term contracts supported?

Yes. We run scheduled production slots for repeat customers and can hold limited inventory or print on demand to match your release cycle.

06

What if a design is unprintable?

We'll tell you straight. If a part won't print well or won't perform in its intended use, we'll explain why and suggest design tweaks before any money changes hands.
