Custom recognition awards, two years running.
Designed, manufactured, and shipped from East Sussex for a NASDAQ-listed precision oncology company.
The Brief
Guardant Health needed a recognition award that reflected the calibre of work being done by their teams. Off-the-shelf trophies felt generic. They wanted something custom, repeatable year over year, and shippable to corporate offices without quality drift between batches.
The Approach
We took the brief, returned a CAD concept within 48 hours, and finalised the design over one revision round. Final pieces produced in premium ASA for UV stability and indoor longevity.
The Outcome
Two consecutive years of repeat business. Awards used at company-wide recognition moments. Order volume scaled in year two with no quality drift. Process moved from Etsy ordering to direct invoicing as the relationship matured.

Between client jobs, we run our own design studies. These two went on to become some of the most printed and downloaded designs on MakerWorld and helped sharpen the techniques we now bring to client work.

A six-pot caliper-inspired drinks coaster set, designed as a study in translating automotive design language into functional desk accessories. Printed in multi-colour with a silk finish.
